Alpine Public School, Khurja, is a CBSE-affiliated institution serving Kindergaretn to 12. We are looking for a passionate Science educator to teach Classes VIII and IX and help build strong scientific reasoning skills ahead of board-level study.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (integrated Science) to Classes VIII and IX per CBSE curriculum
- Conduct practical/lab demonstrations and hands-on experiments where applicable
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and projects aligned with CBSE guidelines
- Track student performance and provide remedial support where needed
- Encourage scientific curiosity through activities, science exhibitions, and projects
- Maintain lab safety protocols during practical sessions
- Participate in PTMs, staff meetings, and academic planning
- Prepare students transitioning into Class X board-pattern assessments
Required Qualifications:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) + B.Ed. (mandatory)
- CTET/UPTET qualified preferred
- Strong grasp of CBSE Class VIII–IX Science curriculum
