Client Support Executive (International Voice)
* Manage inbound and outbound calls with international clients
* Understand client concerns and provide effective, timely solutions
* Troubleshoot basic technical and service-related issues
* Maintain accurate records by updating client details in internal systems
* Ensure clear and professional communication at all times
* Meet quality standards, targets, and SLA requirements
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
* Work in rotational/night shifts as per business requirements
Requirements:
* Graduate (or undergraduate with minimum 1 year experience)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible for 24x7 shifts
* Good attendance and professional behavior
Pay: ₹20,100.00 - ₹23,100.00 per month
