Position: Marketing Executive (Field Admissions & Outreach)
Location: Outskirts of Lucknow (Local Resident Preferred)

Salary: ₹12,000 Fixed per Month
Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Institute Director
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Marketing Executive who resides in the outskirts/rural areas of Lucknow and has strong local connections. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the institute's paramedical courses, generating student admissions, and building relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and local communities. The candidate must ensure admission of at least 5–7 students per month from their assigned local area. This role aligns with common education-marketing responsibilities such as student outreach, lead generation, seminars, and admissions support.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote paramedical courses in villages, towns, schools, colleges, and coaching institutes.
- Build and maintain relationships with local educational institutions and community leaders.
- Conduct student counseling and explain course details, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents until admission completion.
- Achieve a minimum target of 5–7 student admissions per month from the assigned area.
- Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, posters, and banners.
- Maintain daily reports of visits, inquiries, leads, and admissions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in rural or semi-urban areas around Lucknow.
- Ability to travel within the assigned local area.
- Experience in education marketing, admissions, sales, or field marketing will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong local networking skills may also apply.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Minimum 5–7 confirmed student admissions per month.
- Number of field visits conducted.
- Lead generation and conversion ratio.
- Timely submission of daily and monthly reports.
- Relationship development with local educational institutions.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 per month.
- Additional incentives may be provided based on exceptional admission performance (as per management policy).
