We are a dynamic Branding Agency looking for a results-driven International Sales Specialist to spearhead our outbound and inbound growth. Your primary playground will be Upwork and LinkedIn, where you will identify, engage, and close international clients looking for premium branding, design, and strategic identity solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Platform Mastery: Actively manage and optimize the agency’s Upwork and LinkedIn profiles to maximize visibility and inbound lead flow.
- Lead Generation & Bidding: Write highly customized, high-converting proposals on Upwork and execute strategic cold outreach via LinkedIn Sales Navigator. (No generic copy-pasting).
- Client Acquisition: Research target international clients (SMEs, startups, and enterprises), understand their branding challenges, and pitch relevant design and identity solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire top-of-funnel sales process, from initial connection to booking qualified discovery calls.
- Portfolio Curation: Collaborate with the creative team to build, update, and tailor case studies and pitches that resonate with international clients.
- Relationship Building: Maintain fruitful, consultative relationships with prospective clients, acting as the professional first point of contact for our agency.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly activity metrics (proposals sent, connections made) and monthly revenue targets.
Key Requirements
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience driving sales specifically within a Branding, Design, or Creative Agency setup.
- Platform Expertise: Proven track record of successfully winning projects on Upwork and generating high-ticket leads via LinkedIn.
- Flawless Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. You must be able to write conversational, persuasive, and grammatically perfect pitches.
- Consultative Selling: Ability to grasp a client's core business problem and position branding as the ultimate solution (rather than just selling "logos").
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a major plus.
