About the Role
GM Manufacturing Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various hiring platforms.
- Handle both internal hiring and customer recruitment requirements.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate interview schedules.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical, behavioural, cultural, and salary fitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Manage and update recruitment data in the Workday system.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide daily hiring updates.
- Prepare offer comparisons and coordinate approval processes.
- Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
- Maintain a pipeline of future joiners.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and update job descriptions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for ongoing hiring requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Workday or any ATS is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
