Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for dentists and doctors regarding product and service queries.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and service requests in a professional manner.
- Register, track, and close service complaints efficiently.
- Provide accurate product information about dental equipment and digital systems.
- Follow up with clinics and hospitals to ensure service satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and service history.
- Support order processing, dispatch coordination, and warranty management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support (medical/dental equipment industry preferred).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn dental equipment.
- Knowledge in MS Office and CRM systems.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
