Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries for architecture and interior design services.
- Connect with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate office meetings and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and explain our design and execution services.
- Prepare regular follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
- Convert leads into successful projects.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for effective lead management.
- Maintain client records using MS Excel or CRM software.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales (experience in architecture, interior design, or real estate sales is an advantage).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software is preferred.
