Job DescriptionFront Office Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting coordination
- Maintain office records, files, and correspondence
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
- Assist with administrative tasks and office coordination
Accounting Duties:
- Maintain daily financial transactions and records
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
- Assist in bank reconciliations and cash handling
- Maintain petty cash and expense tracking
- Support audits and compliance documentation
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of regional language is an advantage)
- Prior experience in front office or accounting roles preferred (1–3 years)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and customer-handling skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
