- Proficient in Construction Engineering and understanding Construction Drawings
- Expertise in Civil Engineering practices, techniques, and principles
- Experience in managing and operating Heavy Equipment in construction projects
- Thorough knowledge of Inspection processes and quality standards in construction
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Prior experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
