Behala Computer Training Centre is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Design & AI Editing Faculty to train students in professional graphic design, publishing, image editing, and modern AI-powered creative workflows. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, industry experience, and the ability to deliver practical, job-oriented training.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and hands-on practical training sessions.
- Teach graphic design concepts from beginner to advanced levels.
- Train students in professional design and publishing software.
- Teach AI-powered image editing, enhancement, and creative workflows.
- Design assignments, projects, and portfolio-building activities.
- Assess student performance and provide career guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design and AI-assisted creative tools.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Graphic Design Principles, Typography, Color Theory, and Layout Design.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- CorelDRAW
- Experience with AI Image Editing and Generative AI tools.
- Knowledge of photo manipulation, retouching, background removal, image enhancement, and AI-assisted design workflows.
- Excellent communication and teaching abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma, Degree, or Certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Previous teaching, training, or industry experience preferred.
- Experience working on branding, advertising, social media creatives, brochures, magazines, and print design projects.
