Job Title: QA & QC Manager
Location: Sanand GIDC, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (CTC)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced QA & QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control processes. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, handling audits, and improving production and quality systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain ISO documentation and compliance
- Handle customer audits and ISO audits
- Prepare and review 8D reports and corrective actions
- Develop and implement PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
- Formulate and improve production and quality processes
- Ensure adherence to quality standards across operations
- Lead quality inspections and monitor product quality
- Coordinate with internal teams for continuous improvement
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Diploma / BE (Mechanical preferred)
- Experience: 2–3 years in a QA supervisory or QC role
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and standards
- Experience in ISO systems and audit handling
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Documentation and reporting expertise
- Team handling and leadership skills
