JOB SUMMARY:-
Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Motion Graphics Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our creative team.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in motion graphics, video editing, animation, visual storytelling, and digital content creation. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for digital platforms, websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and corporate requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, promotional videos, and visual content.
- Develop creative concepts and convert ideas, scripts, and briefs into engaging visual content.
- Design motion graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle video editing, transitions, effects, typography, sound synchronization, and visual effects.
- Create 2D animations, animated typography, logo animations, explainer videos, and promotional creatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, UI/UX, graphic design, and development teams.
- Understand project requirements and deliver creative work within defined deadlines.
- Maintain consistency with company branding and visual guidelines.
- Review and improve designs based on feedback from management and internal teams.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Keep updated with the latest motion design trends, animation techniques, AI design tools, and digital content trends.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 3–4 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics / Video Editing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of motion design, animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with video editing, transitions, effects, and sound synchronization.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is an advantage.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and independently execute projects.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio/showreel will be given preference.
- Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns will be an added advantage.
