Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Executive to manage the hospital reception area and assist patients, visitors, and medical staff. The candidate will be responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling, handling calls, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors courteously
- Handle patient registration and appointment booking
- Answer phone calls and provide information to patients
- Maintain patient records and front office documents
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and billing departments
- Manage billing support and payment receipts if required
- Guide patients to consultation rooms and departments
- Ensure cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Requirements
- Any Degree or Diploma
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Hospital Software)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in shifts if required
- Prior hospital/reception experience preferred
