Role Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Production & QC Executive for our garment manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily production activities, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with tailors and supervisors, and ensuring timely order completion.
Key Responsibilities:Production Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily stitching and finishing operations.
- Ensure smooth workflow across cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments.
- Monitor production targets and line efficiency.
- Coordinate with masters, tailors, helpers, and finishing staff.
- Follow production planning timelines and dispatch schedules.
- Manage production reports and update status regularly.
- Reduce alterations, rejections, and production delays.
Quality Control Responsibilities:
- Conduct inline and final garment inspections.
- Check measurements, stitching quality, finishing, and packing standards.
- Ensure garments meet buyer specifications and approved samples.
- Monitor fabric and accessory quality before production.
- Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
- Maintain QC records and inspection reports.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of industrial stitching and garment construction.
- Knowledge of measurement checking and QC standards.
- Ability to manage workers and production flow.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in garment/apparel manufacturing preferred.
- Diploma/Degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, or related field is preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also apply.
Salary:
As per industry standards and experience.
