Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.
Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer concerns through effective problem-solving and timely escalation when required.
Process customer requests, transactions, and service-related activities.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Perform cross-selling and outbound calling activities as per business requirements.
Ensure compliance with banking and process guidelines.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting productivity and quality targets.
