Job Role:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Program Advisor to connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and guide them towards the most suitable programs and services offered by Re-Inventing You.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Explain our programs, workshops, and services to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.
Schedule consultations, meetings, and workshop registrations.
Follow up with leads and manage the admission/enrollment process.
Maintain records of inquiries and client interactions.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident speaking on calls and interacting with people.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Prior experience in counselling, telecalling, admissions, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
