A Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that build students' foundational knowledge and skills. The teacher creates a safe, caring, and positive learning environment, encourages good behaviour and values, assesses students regularly, maintains academic records, prepares teaching materials, communicates with parents about student progress, participates in school meetings and activities, follows school policies, and supports the overall academic, social, emotional, and moral development of every child.
