Business Development Manager (Sales & Client Acquisition)
Location: Mumbai / MMR Region (Work From Home with Field Visits)
Salary: upto ₹50,000+ per month (Based on Experience & Performance)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

At Kicks Media LLP, we help businesses grow through Website Design & Development, Social Media Marketing, Graphic Design, Branding, Printing Solutions, and Digital Marketing Services. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can actively identify opportunities, build relationships, and help us expand our client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and connect with potential clients across various industries.
* Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
* Conduct client meetings (online and in-person) and present company services.
* Attend networking events, business seminars, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and corporate clients.
* Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and follow-up communications.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
* Assist in negotiations and help close deals successfully.
* Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases.
* Explore opportunities within the IT sector and leverage existing professional networks.
Requirements
✔ 4–6+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
✔ Strong network and industry contacts, preferably within the IT and corporate sectors.
✔ Proven track record of generating leads and closing business deals.
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✔ Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and business reporting.
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
✔ Must be based in Mumbai or the MMR region.
✔ Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
