Job Title: AR Follow-Up / Insurance Calling Executive
Hours: Mon-Fri, 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM
Experience: 0-1 Year
Responsibilities:
- Call US insurance companies to follow up on unpaid claims
- Manage claim denials and negotiate for payments
- Maintain detailed records of interactions
- Understand US healthcare billing and revenue cycle
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of US healthcare provider side and revenue cycle/insurance
- Must have Good communication and negotiation skills
- Freshers can apply
- Must be a graduate
Note: Night shift role with meal facilities and growth opportunities.
Pay: ₹10,680.34 - ₹16,000.00 per month
