Key Responsibilities
- Cost Estimation & BOQ Preparation: Prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior fit-out components (carpentry, flooring, painting, MEP).
- Drawings Analysis: Review detailed technical drawings and specifications to calculate material, labor, and time requirements.
- Budget Management: Assist with project budgeting and value engineering to optimize project costs.
Experience:
- 3–5 years in interior estimation or Quantity Surveying.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
