Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Urdu Teacher to teach students as per the CBSE curriculum guidelines. The candidate should be capable of developing students’ reading, writing, speaking, grammar, and comprehension skills in Urdu through engaging and student-centered teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Urdu lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum and learning outcomes.
- Teach Urdu grammar, literature, poetry, prose, vocabulary, and comprehension.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Conduct classroom activities that improve reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Assess student performance through tests, projects, oral activities, and assignments.
- Maintain attendance records, academic reports, and student progress documentation.
- Encourage participation in language-based activities such as debates, poetry recitation, essay writing, and cultural events.
- Use smart classroom tools and innovative teaching methodologies for interactive learning.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, examinations, and school events.
- Follow CBSE norms, school policies, and child protection guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Urdu from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution (preferred/mandatory depending on school policy).
- CTET qualification preferred for CBSE schools.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong command over Urdu language and grammar.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare engaging lesson plans and assessments.
- Good pronunciation and handwriting guidance skills.
- Knowledge of CBSE assessment patterns and curriculum framework.
- Basic computer and smart-class teaching skills.
- Positive attitude, patience, and student-friendly approach.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
