V4B Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Social Listening Executive to monitor online conversations, analyze brand sentiment, track industry trends, and deliver actionable insights for effective online reputation management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor brand mentions across social media, news, blogs, and forums.
- Analyze sentiment and identify emerging trends.
- Prepare social listening reports and dashboards.
- Track competitors and support ORM and digital marketing teams.
- Escalate potential reputation risks.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Listening, ORM, or Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of social listening tools (Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Mention, etc.).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
