Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Project Manager to lead and manage software development and technology projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks proactively.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure proper documentation of project requirements, processes, and outcomes.
- Support Agile/Scrum practices and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
