As we rapidly expand our operations engine in Indore, we are building a high-energy team across Sales and Digital Marketing.
Role 1: Sales Executive (4 Openings)
We are looking for four growth-minded individuals to drive client acquisition. We welcome exceptional freshers as well as experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, reach out to, and nurture relationships with potential clients (Founders, CEOs, and Brand Owners).
- Pitch bystratumco’s outsourced growth leadership and digital infrastructure solutions.
- Build and manage a robust B2B pipeline through active outbound strategies.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to execute client acquisition targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0 to 3 years. For experienced candidates, prior experience in B2B sales, agency sales, or startup environments is highly preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, high energy, resilience, and a consultative sales mindset.
- Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for raw talent).
