- Drive sales growth and order intake in the assigned region
- Manage key accounts and long-term customer relationships
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in: Power Utilities, Transformer/Cables manufactures, EPC contractors and testing labs
- Prepare tenders, proposals, and commercial offers
- Provide market insights and feedback to global product and strategy teams
- Coordinate with internal teams for execution, forecasting, and CRM updates
- Coordinate order execution, delivery timelines, and payment follow-ups
- M.Tech / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in Transformer / Cable / HV testing industry
- Specialization in Power Systems / High Voltage Engineering would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of transformer testing and diagnostics, cable testing (PD, Tan Delta), IEC standards or protection systems
- Experience in transformer test field or transformer testing, technical B2B sales and tendering
- Good communication skills. An active personality, enjoying practical work and travel.
