We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Django OR FastAPI, PySpark, and Apache Airflow to design, develop, and optimize scalable backend applications and data processing pipelines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade applications, working with large datasets, and implementing robust ETL workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Django.
- Build and optimize ETL/data processing pipelines using PySpark.
- Develop, schedule, and monitor workflows using Apache Airflow.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data Engineering, QA, and DevOps.
- Optimize application and pipeline performance for scalability and reliability.
- Design RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems and internal services.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of applications.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Django OR Fast API Framework.
- Strong expertise in PySpark for large-scale data processing.
- Experience designing and managing workflows using Apache Airflow.
- Knowledge of REST API development and integration.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
