BluGlint Solutions is a growing recruitment and staffing consultancy specializing in IT and Non-IT hiring across India. We are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager who can build long-term client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new clients for permanent staffing and recruitment services.
* Generate business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
* Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely delivery.
* Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, service agreements, and pricing.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and sales activities in CRM.
* Work closely with recruiters to ensure quality delivery and excellent client satisfaction.
* Represent the company in networking events, industry forums, and business meetings.
Required Skills
* Proven experience in business development within a recruitment consultancy, staffing firm, or HR services company.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Experience in client acquisition for IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
* Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring cycles.
* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
* Existing network of HR professionals and hiring managers is an advantage.
* Experience selling recruitment, RPO, contract staffing, executive search, or HR solutions.

* Number of new client acquisitions.

* Monthly pipeline and conversion ratio.
