Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
- Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist candidates
- Handle joining formalities and onboarding processes
Field & Staff Management:
- Visit client locations for employee coordination and support
- Manage staff attendance, leave, and shift schedules
- Maintain proper employee records and documentation
eKYC & Document Verification:
- Collect and verify employee documents (ID proofs, address proofs, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies
- Maintain digitally verified records for audit purposes
Employee Engagement:
- Conduct employee engagement activities and feedback sessions
- Resolve employee queries and grievances
- Maintain motivation and discipline among workforce
Payroll Support:
- Coordinate attendance and leave data for salary processing
- Support the accounts team in reimbursement and salary-related queries
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA HR preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / Field HR
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for field operations
- Knowledge of basic HRMS or Excel
