TechnoScripts is looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and support training & placement activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive work culture and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization. The role combines HR Generalist responsibilities with recruitment and training institute operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source and recruit counselors, trainers, marketing executives, placement officers, and support staff.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts department.
- Handle employee onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.
- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Support performance appraisal and feedback processes.
- Promote a positive and productive work culture.
Training & Development
- Coordinate internal staff training programs.
- Maintain training records and employee development plans.
- Assist in organizing faculty and staff development initiatives.
Placement & Student Support
- Coordinate with placement team for student hiring activities.
- Maintain employer and recruiter database.
- Schedule campus drives, interviews, and placement events.
- Support students with interview and placement-related activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices will be an added advantage.
