Position Summary
The Assistant Manager – HR Operations will manage end-to-end HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, and HR service delivery for multiple clients while ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations and client service delivery.
- Process payroll, F&F settlements, reimbursements, and MIS reports.
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and HR processes.
- Lead and mentor the HR Operations team.
- Ensure timely client deliverables and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Management, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Compliance, or HR Outsourcing.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, labour laws, statutory compliance, HRMS, and MS Excel.
- Experience handling multiple clients and leading a team is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
