Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating sales and building customer relationships through phone calls
- Providing excellent customer service, while staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge
- Build and maintain a database of leads and customer information.
- Present products or services effectively to potential customers over the phone.
- Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally & politely.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the products or services being sold.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in tele sales or a related field is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
