Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop And Implement Automation Scripts Using Servicenow Software Asset Management To Streamline Asset Tracking And Reporting Processes.
2. Maintain And Troubleshoot Existing Servicenow Applications, Ensuring Timely Resolution Of Issues To Support Ongoing Project Stability.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Enhance Existing Features In Servicenow, Adapting Solutions To Meet Evolving Business Needs.
4. Document Technical Processes And System Configurations, Ensuring Comprehensive Records Are Maintained For Future Reference And Compliance.
Skill Requirements
1. Basic Understanding Of Servicenow Software Asset Management And Itil Principles.
