About the role
As a Telecaller at IDEA Clinics, you will be the first voice our patients hear. You'll manage inbound and outbound calls to book appointments, follow up on consultations, support patient retention, and drive enrolment into our health programs. This is a high-impact, patient-facing role that directly affects clinic footfall and program outcomes.
What you'll do
· Handle inbound patient queries and convert them into confirmed appointments
· Reach out to lapsed patients and drive re-engagement and programme enrolments
· Explain health packages, services, and preventive care programmes clearly to patients and their families
· Maintain accurate call logs, patient records, and follow-up schedules in the EMR system
· Coordinate with doctors, front desk, and operations teams to ensure seamless patient experience
· Escalate complaints or medical concerns appropriately to clinical staff
What we're looking for
· Minimum 0-1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a patient-facing healthcare role
· Excellent verbal communication in Telugu and Hindi; English is a plus
· Empathetic, patient, and professional phone manner — especially when handling elderly or anxious patients
· Comfortable working with CRM/EMR systems and basic MS Office tools
· Target-oriented with the ability to manage a high volume of daily calls
Minimum qualification: Intermediate (10+2); graduates preferred
