Stores Supervisor
Experience Required
- 3–6 years of experience in Stores/Warehouse operations in the Printing & Packaging or Manufacturing industry.
- Experience with ERP/SAP or inventory management software is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure proper material storage, identification, and preservation.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, PPC, Quality, and Dispatch teams for timely material availability.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and cycle counts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company procedures.
- Monitor and control inventory losses, wastage, and obsolete stock.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production requirements.
- Knowledge of documentation, GRN, material issue, and stock audits.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma (Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related discipline preferred).
