Dreamwide Immigration Solutions LLP is seeking passionate, energetic, and target-driven professionals for the position of Immigration Consultant – Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective clients regarding overseas opportunities and converting inquiries into successful enrollments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Counsel clients regarding Canada PR, Work Permits, Job Assistance Programs, Visit Visas, and other immigration services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face consultations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and client databases.
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams for smooth onboarding.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in Immigration Sales, Visa Consultancy, Education Consultancy, Telecalling, Telesales, BFSI, Real Estate, or Customer Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of immigration processes will be an added advantage.
