- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workspace.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor management and office requirements.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to office security protocols.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document management.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Support HR and Administration teams with day-to-day operational activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
