Echor Hotels and Resorts is a growing boutique hotel chain with 24+ properties across North India. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Reservation Agent (Sales) to join our team and contribute to our sales and reservations operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to hotel reservations.
Assist guests and travel agents with booking inquiries and reservations.
Promote hotel properties and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, packages, and hotel services.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth reservation processes.
Follow up on booking inquiries and pending confirmations.
Maintain reservation records and update booking details accurately.
Achieve sales and booking targets as assigned.
Resolve guest queries in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:-
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hotel reservations, travel sales, or a similar role
Good communication and sales skills
Ability to handle customer queries over phone and email
Basic knowledge of hotel reservation systems is preferred
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in hotel reservations, hospitality sales, or travel industry
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn Salary
