1. Student Counseling
- Guide students about career opportunities in Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, and Web Development
- Understand students’ goals and suggest the right course.
2. Lead Follow-Up
- Handle leads generated from Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, and walk-ins
- Call and follow up with interested students.
3. Admission Conversion
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, offers, and benefits.
4. Relationship Building
- Build trust with students and parents.
- Maintain good communication throughout the admission process.
5. Data Management
- Maintain records of leads and admissions in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Submit daily and weekly reports.
