About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue, expand market presence, generate leads, and strengthen customer relationships. This role requires strong leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
- Manage key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and submit regular reports.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients.
Marketing Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Develop brand awareness and market positioning strategies.
- Manage social media, website content, email marketing, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and internal teams for campaign execution.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing ROI.
Business Development
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Expand market reach by identifying new customer segments and territories.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
