HR Head
We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead the Human Resources function across corporate and clinic operations. The role involves driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR compliance, and organizational development while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and workforce planning across clinics and corporate teams.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee performance management, learning & development, and retention programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Conduct regular visits to clinics to support staffing, employee relations, and operational HR needs.
- Partner with leadership on organizational growth and people strategy.
Requirements:
- 10–15+ years of HR experience with leadership responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Healthcare, wellness, hospital, or multi-location experience preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
