We are looking for an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the complete operations of a luxury event estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property in impeccable condition, ensuring flawless execution of every event, managing staff and vendors, controlling operational costs, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent operational planning, hospitality expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ensure the entire estate remains event-ready throughout the year.
- Manage preventive maintenance of buildings, lawns, pool, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and utilities.
- Coordinate repairs, renovations and asset upkeep.
- Lead end-to-end execution of weddings, social events and corporate functions.
- Coordinate with decorators, caterers, production teams, security and all event vendors.
- Ensure venue setup is completed before scheduled timelines.
- Supervise event operations until successful completion and venue restoration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during property visits and event execution.
- Deliver five-star hospitality standards.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Drive repeat business through exceptional service delivery.
- Recruit, train and supervise housekeeping, gardeners, stewards, security and casual event staff.

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, estate management, hotels, resorts, clubs or event venues.
- Experience managing luxury residences, wedding venues or hospitality operations will be preferred.
