Job Summary
WOMYT Navatha is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily back-office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, HR, Accounts, Marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle data entry with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communications professionally.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and other operational documents.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a back-office, administrative, or operations role (Freshers with good computer skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM or ERP software is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
