Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing CP firm. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to convert leads into site visits and bookings. The role involves managing inbound and outbound leads, generating prospects through calling, scheduling site visits, following up with clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to fresh and existing leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries from Meta Ads, portals, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Qualify customer requirements and identify suitable projects.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
- Accompany clients during site visits when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups until closure.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM daily.
- Achieve monthly site visit and booking targets.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory, pricing, and documentation.
- Stay updated on ongoing and upcoming residential projects in West Pune.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Residential Property Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Experience in handling CRM and lead management.
- Comfortable making 80–100 calls per day.
- Ability to work on weekends (weekly off on a weekday).
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
- Good knowledge of the West Pune real estate market is an advantage.

- Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives + Booking Incentives
