Job Title: Senior Paid Media Manager
Reports to: AVP, Paid Media Head of Performance Marketing / Growth Lead

Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Paid Media Manager with 4–5 years of experience, especially strong in Meta Ads and Google Ads, to lead performance marketing for our e-commerce clients. The ideal candidate will have managed large monthly ad spends (₹ 50 lakhs to ₹ 1 crore) and will drive client growth by planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of paid media strategies across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for e-commerce and D2C clients, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Manage and mentor a team of paid media specialists, driving performance, providing regular feedback, and ensuring skill development and accountability across campaigns.

Oversee large monthly ad budgets (₹80 lakhs–₹1 crore), ensuring efficient allocation, pacing, and maximum ROI.

Supervise end-to-end campaign execution including search, shopping, Performance Max, catalog, prospecting, and remarketing, while guiding the team on best practices and optimizations.

Monitor, analyze, and review campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV; ensure the team is consistently meeting performance benchmarks.

Drive data-led decision-making through audience segmentation, A/B testing, and continuous experimentation, while instilling a culture of testing within the team.

Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with client goals.

Oversee implementation of tracking frameworks, attribution models, and tools such as Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate performance measurement.

Lead media planning, budget forecasting, and reallocation strategies based on performance trends and business priorities.

Stay abreast of platform updates, industry trends, and new ad formats, and proactively upskill the team to stay competitive.

Act as a strategic partner for clients by delivering insights, performance reviews, and actionable recommendations based on data and industry benchmarks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 4–5 years in performance marketing / paid media, ideally agency-side or handling multiple e-commerce clients.
- Platforms: Deep expertise in Meta Ad& Google ads Manager.
- Budget Management: Proven experience managing monthly ad spends in the range of ₹ 80 lakhs to ₹ 1 crore.
- Analytics & Reporting: Strong analytical skills; comfortable using dashboards, attribution models, and ROAS/CPA analysis.
- Communication: Excellent client-facing skills; ability to present and explain campaign performance and optimization strategies.
- Self-Motivated: Proactive, data-driven, and comfortable owning full campaign lifecycle.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
