Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, professional, and well-presented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and ensure smooth day-to-day office coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to handle visitors, calls, and administrative tasks efficiently. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, maintaining a positive and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✔Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
✔ Handle incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages accurately
✔ Maintain visitor logs, appointments, and front desk records
✔ Coordinate with different departments for smooth office communication
✔ Respond to emails and basic client inquiries professionally
✔ Support daily administrative and office coordination activities
✔ Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
✔ Manage courier, dispatch, and office correspondence when required
✔ Ensure a friendly, positive, and professional office atmosphere
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,290.37 per month
