Position Overview:
Beat Educations is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Faculty to join our academic team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Human Resource Management, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for guiding students toward professional excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and facilitate sessions in Human Resource Management and related subjects (Recruitment, Training & Development, Organizational Behavior, HR Analytics, etc.).
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and evaluation methods aligned with institutional standards.
- Mentor and support students in academic and career-related matters.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and guest sessions to enhance student learning.
- Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to ensure practical exposure and industry linkage.
- Participate in curriculum development and institutional academic activities..
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching or HR industry experience.
- Additional Skills: Strong communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills.
