Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Territory Sales Executive to take charge of our business across Western and South Mumbai. If you have a solid track record in managing channel partners, expanding dealer networks, and driving revenue in the building materials or hardware sector, this role is for you.
This position requires extensive daily local travel within the assigned territory to meet dealers, distributors, and influencers.
What You Will Do (Roles & Responsibilities)
- Drive Sales Growth: Own and execute the sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets in your assigned territory.
- Network Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing new dealers and distributors to expand our market footprint.
- Channel Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors, ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, actively resolving distributor and sub-dealer grievances or operational challenges.
- Financial Discipline: Ensure timely payment collections and credit-cycle monitoring from all distributors and channel partners.
- Dealer Engagement: Plan and conduct dealer meets, product demonstrations, and training sessions to boost product awareness and drive sell-out.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research, map potential growth micro-markets, and perform competitor benchmarking (pricing, schemes, and product launches).
- ROI Optimization: Monitor and help improve the return on investment (ROI) for your dealer/distributor network to ensure long-term, profitable partnerships.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of active field sales experience specifically in Architectural Hardware, Building Materials, or Modular Hardware / Kitchens.
- Territory Knowledge: Strong existing relationships with dealers and a deep understanding of the retail/distribution landscape in Western and South Mumbai.
- Core Skills: Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- On-Ground Hustle: High energy, a self-starter attitude, and a strong willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.
- Academic Background: Any Graduate (MBA or Post Graduate Degree in Sales/Marketing is a plus).

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
