About the Role:
The Student Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students and parents regarding courses, admissions, academic programs, and career-related opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand and address student needs.
Area of Work:
- Counselling students and parents about available courses and programs
- Handling admission enquiries and follow-ups
- Understanding students' academic goals and suggesting suitable courses
- Explaining course structure, fees, schedules, and admission procedures
- Maintaining regular communication with prospective and existing students
- Coordinating with the academic and administration teams
- Maintaining student enquiry and admission records
- Supporting student engagement and retention
- Following up with leads through phone calls and other communication channels
Scope of Work:
The position offers an opportunity to work closely with students and parents, develop professional counselling and communication skills, and contribute to the growth of the academy. The counsellor will play an important role in converting enquiries into admissions and ensuring a positive experience for students throughout the admission process.
