About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Territory Manager – Partner Relations to drive franchise growth and business development within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new franchise partners, supporting their revenue growth, and ensuring smooth operational coordination while maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new franchisees and expand partner network within the assigned territory.
- Drive revenue growth and business development through franchise partners.
- Conduct prospect meetings and presentations for franchise sales.
- Support franchisees in client acquisition, account opening, and cross-selling financial products.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, training, and ongoing support for new franchise partners.
- Coordinate operational activities and resolve partner-related issues effectively.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to maximize business opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
- 3–5 years of experience in Financial Services, Broking, Wealth Management, or BFSI industry.
- Experience in franchise acquisition, partner management, or channel sales preferred.
- Candidates holding NISM Certifications will be given preference.
