Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Ad Specialist with hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, specifically within the automotive industry in Canada. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in generating qualified leads, increasing dealership traffic, boosting vehicle sales, and maximizing ROAS through strategic paid media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:Paid Advertising Management:
- Plan, create, launch, and optimize campaigns on:
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook / Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently to achieve KPIs.
- Build geo-targeted campaigns across Canadian cities/provinces.
Automotive Lead Generation:
- Generate high-quality leads for:
- New vehicle sales
- Used car sales
- Lease promotions
- Test drive bookings
- Service appointments
- Develop lead funnel strategies for dealerships.
Campaign Optimization:
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversion Rate, ROAS.
- A/B test creatives, headlines, audiences, landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns based on inventory availability and seasonal demand.
Audience Targeting:
- Build custom, lookalike, in-market, remarketing audiences.
- Target users searching for vehicle brands, dealerships, financing, trade-ins, etc.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Use:
- Google Analytics 4
- Meta Pixel
- Google Tag Manager
- Conversion Tracking
- Provide actionable recommendations.
Creative Coordination:
- Coordinate with design/content team for:
- Vehicle offers
- Seasonal campaigns
- Video ads / Reels
- Carousel inventory ads
Compliance:
- Ensure ads comply with Canadian advertising policies, automotive financing disclosures, and platform guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Minimum 1+ year automotive marketing experience in Canada
- Experience working with:
- Car dealerships
- Auto groups
- Used car dealers
- Service centers
- Strong knowledge of Canadian market trends
- Expertise in lead generation campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset
Preferred Experience:
- OEM brand campaigns (Toyota, Honda, Ford, Hyundai etc.)
- CRM integrations (DealerSocket, VinSolutions, CDK, etc.)
- Dynamic inventory ads
